The buyer can use his right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without taking any legal and criminal responsibility and without giving any reason, provided that he notifies the seller through the contact information below, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to himself or to the person/organization at the address indicated.
Within 14 days following the delivery date of the product, it is possible to exchange or return the product with its original packaging intact and in accordance with the return conditions. Only the cargo of products returned or exchanged with Aras Cargo is covered by us.
Situations that do not comply with the Exchange or Return Conditions:
o Exceeding the return period
o Damage to the product before returning it, and
o Errors caused by use (eg washing, cigarette burns, beverage etc. stains)
o Prepaid return request etc.
After your product reaches us, if a definite malfunction or deterioration due to reasons such as usage error is not detected after the examinations to be made by our authorities, the product price will be returned to your credit card within 10 working days, which is the legal period. This period starts when we receive the returned product. When your return request is approved, you will be notified by e-mail. If your return request is not approved as a result of the examinations to be made by our officials, the product(s) you sent for the return will be sent back to the delivery address you specified, by stating the reason for the return rejection.
